No chart. No portfolio tracker. No 24h volume. Just the one number you actually care about when Bitcoin is making headlines.
When Bitcoin was approaching that level in late 2024, I kept opening CoinMarketCap to check. Not to trade — just to know. The page was full of things I didn't need. I wanted one answer, instantly, without loading a full exchange dashboard. So I built that.
"Jeuz Bitcoin za 100K" is a Czech expression — roughly "Jesus, Bitcoin at 100K!" It's the thing you say out loud when you check the price and it's actually happened. The site lives at jeuzbitcoinza100k.cz and is currently in Czech, but an English version is coming.

It was November 2024. Bitcoin was somewhere around $95K and climbing. I kept refreshing CoinMarketCap every hour — not because I needed the full chart, not because I was about to make any moves. I just needed to know: has it crossed $100K yet?
CoinMarketCap is a great site. But when all you want is a yes or no, it's a lot of page. So I opened Claude Code and described what I actually needed: fetch the price, compare it to 100,000, show the result. Big and obvious.
The whole thing — idea to deployed page at jeuzbitcoinza100k.cz — took about 20 minutes. That's the kind of thing Claude Code makes possible. A problem you'd normally just accept and work around becomes something you can actually solve.

The current version is Czech-only and hardcoded to the $100K threshold. The plan is to rebuild it as a proper multi-coin watcher — any coin, any price, instant indicator. No sign-up, no noise. If you have ideas for what you'd want, leave a comment below or send a message.
