Who we are

Resonant Labs operates resonantlabs.online — a portfolio of web apps built entirely through AI collaboration and shared freely with everyone.

What data we collect

We have no user accounts and no login system. Nothing is sent to Google or any analytics service unless you accept it in the cookie banner. What we process, and when:

• Your cookie choice — stored in your browser's localStorage under ck_consent and ck_vid (a random visitor ID used to version your consent record). This data never leaves your device.
• Visit statistics (only if you accept analytics) — Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager. It records the pages you view (the page address including any parameters, and the page you came from) and five clicks: the apps overview, the idea chatbot, the contact e-mail link, the story link and the Claude link. Google also receives your IP address and the technical details every browser sends. Google's cookies _ga and _ga_… are set. We do not use advertising, remarketing or audience features. Google Analytics keeps this event data for 14 months.
• Ideas you send through the chatbot — your idea and problem description, and, only if you type them, your name and e-mail address. They are sent by Web3Forms to our e-mail inbox when you press “Send my idea”. If you also tick “Subscribe me to the Sunday newsletter”, we add your e-mail address to the newsletter by hand, from your message.
• Newsletter — your e-mail address, kept by Buttondown. It gets there in one of two ways: you submit the newsletter form on the home page, or we add you by hand because you ticked the newsletter box when sending an idea. You can unsubscribe at any time, using the link in our e-mails or by writing to us.
• Hosting — the site is delivered by GitHub Pages, so GitHub processes your IP address and request details to serve pages. We do not receive or evaluate these logs.
• Fonts — Outfit and Inter are served from this site; your browser does not contact Google for fonts.

Why we process it, and for how long

• Analytics and the newsletter rest on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time (see “Your rights”).
• Ideas you send are read to answer you and to decide what to build. We keep them for as long as needed for that, and we delete them when you ask. Web3Forms, which relays the message, keeps it according to its own privacy policy (linked below). Ideas sent before 5 October 2026 may also have been stored in a Google Sheet by a script that this site no longer uses; write to us and we will delete yours.
• Newsletter addresses stay with Buttondown until you unsubscribe.

Until 5 October 2026 the site had a comment section run by Cusdis. Comments left there may still be held by Cusdis; write to us and we will have yours deleted.

This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Analytics (optional)

If you accept analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 are loaded and set the cookies _ga and _ga_… (Google's default lifetime is up to two years). Without your consent neither is loaded. If you withdraw your consent later, what was already collected stays in Google Analytics until its retention period ends. On the page you are on, Google's tags may keep sending limited measurements without cookies until you reload or leave it; on the next page nothing is loaded. Cookies that are already set stay in your browser until they expire or you delete them.

Marketing

We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.

Third-party services

These providers process data on our behalf or deliver parts of the site. Several are based in, or may process data in, countries outside the EU/EEA, in particular the USA.

Your rights

You can withdraw or change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the round cookie settings button that stays in a corner of every page after you have made a choice. Clearing your browser's localStorage removes the stored preferences.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting what was done before. Write to contactme@resonantlabs.online. For anything held by a provider above (for example your newsletter subscription), you can also use its own tools. You may complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Changes to this policy

If we add new third-party services or change what we collect, we will update this page and its date. If a change needs your consent, we will increment the consent version, which means you'll be asked again on your next visit.
